One of my favorite things about photography (and specifically family/child photography) is that you get to watch families as they grow, and be there for a series of milestones in their lives. This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing four families who I have worked with in the past, and honestly, each time is even more fun than the last. It is an understatement to say that it is a privilege to document these precious lives, and to be a part of each family for a few hours.

Alex, with his to-die-for lips and incredible head of hair, was a joy to photograph. Even in the fussy moments, watching his parents soothe and comfort him made for just as beautiful a photograph as when he slept like an angel. Enjoy your previews, Hammerle family!
