Sweet Sleepy Aaliyah

Six days old... and a little piece of heaven.  Sweet Aaliyah was a sleepy dream to work with, and her parents were doting and tender with her.  We had too much fun with hats, scarves and baskets, and enjoyed the company of Aaliyah's grandmother and great grandmother, both in town for the week!  We couldn't resist snapping just a FEW shots with the grandies... what a beautiful, loving family this little girl doesn't even know she has yet!

Last weekend, I met Elizabeth and Nick on the other side of town - Scottsdale! - for an engagement session.  We discovered all kinds of textures and colors you don't see on the West side, and beat the heat by starting really early in the morning.  They were so fun and easy to work with - such classy people with such an obvious affection for each other.  Enjoy the previews!
